Donate Money To
Help Change The Child Support Laws If you've got a PayPal
account, you can use it to help donate money. If you feel that the current child
support laws are flawed and need revising then why not help out to see if we can get these
laws changed. And NO, THESE FUNDS WILL NOT BE USED TO HELP ME PAY MY CHILD SUPPORT,
just in case anyone thinks I'm trying to freeload off of anyone. I sincerely want to
try to get the laws changed since I believe that some of them are unjust and unfair.
I can certainly handle the $50 per week support that I pay. I just don't believe
that it's something that I or any other parent should have to do in a situation similar to
mine.
It's dead easy to sign up for a PayPal
account (if you don't have one already) and make a donation. You can go to a donation page
by simply clicking this button:
Or, if you've already got an account, you
can just Send Money to rwolbeck@hotmail.com, using the "Service/Other" option.
If you don't have a PayPal account, it's
simple to sign up and it's free. They charge your credit card $1.95 U.S. dollars as
part of the validation process, but you get those dollars back as your starting account
balance. Also, I never see your account information, and you never see mine, so it's
safe.
How much should you donate? A simple U.S.
dollar will help, but if you can spare a few extra bucks, share them for this cause and
help us get the laws changed.
In return for your money, you personally
won't receive anything, but your money will be used to help contact our representatives
and try to get these laws changed. You can however, voice your opinion on our Child Support forum.
The Small Print
It's free to send money via PayPal. If you donate $US5, for instance, exactly $US5 is what
PayPal will take out of your account.
They take fees out of the money before it's deposited to the receiving account, though.
PayPal charges 30 U.S. cents plus 2.9 percent of the sum. |
